What You’ll Do-

• Vision and strategy: Create a roadmap and vision that maximizes customer engagement, and satisfaction within our Modern Health client experience product line. 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with functions like customer success, marketing, security, legal, operations, and sales to address the needs of HR admins and other leaders at our client organizations.
• Execute successfully: Partner with engineering, design, and research to build a strong operating model to execute on complex products and projects. 
• Analyze data & understand user behavior: Inform and drive key decisions with data-informed insights and UX research. 

Who You Are-

• 2-4 years experience in Product Management Experience working customer facing products especially customer insights and analytics in B2B and B2B2C space.
• Experience working on data modeling, ingestion, and processing.
• Analytical thinker who can conduct hypothesis-based testing with rapid iterations. 
• Can plan and organize work in close collaboration with a team of engineers, product designers, data scientists. 
• Extensive experience working with commercial teams such as Customer Success to roll out complex features in a B2B setting.
• Experience working on digital products related to well-being, health, or other related fields. 
• Passionate about building products that make a positive impact. 
• Enjoys hands-on execution and strategic thought leadership. 
• Adept at building, measuring and reporting against fundamental business metrics like retention. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all levels of organization and customers, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Can plan and organize work in close collaboration with a team of engineers, product designers, data scientists, clinicians.
