Title: Product Manager
Duties: The Product Managers (Multiple Positions Open) at Chime Financial, Inc. in San Francisco, California will help our members achieve financial peace of mind with our unique products, and accelerate the growth of our business. Work closely with product leads on the execution of the product roadmap and contribute to the longer term product strategy. Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.Perform extensive research to identify product opportunities and prioritize the roadmap. Perform complex quantitative analyses summarizing business and financial data for review by executives, clients, or other stakeholders. Perform analysis on competitive market strategies. Synthesize business intelligence or trend data utilizing SQL and regression analyses to support recommendations for action.Analyze user needs and optimize the existing user experience of Chime products; develop and launch the next set of new features that solve our members' needs; work on infrastructure requirements, and help enable the product marketing strategy. Iterate on the product using customer feedback. Design experiments and tactics for initiative required to drive adoption and increase engagement. Embrace the testing process forms and validate data-driven hypotheses for accelerating member acquisition, retention and revenue. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of experiments.Partner with design, marketing, risk, compliance, engineering, QA, and analytics team to build software collaboratively and inclusively. Supervise the work of engineers, designers, QA, and other functions to ensure that the product meets performance standards

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Science & Engineering, Information Science, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing mobile engagement products. The 2 years of experience must include two years of experience with each of the following: (1) Mobile growth consumer engagement products; (2) working in a large-scale, network effect based company; (3) building the strategy and roadmap for a product team; (4) SQL and database analysis; (5) designing intuitive mobile user interfaces; (6) A/B testing and extensive product optimizations; and (7) running user research and quantitative analysis.
