As a Product Manager at Maven, you will:

Own the product execution of new product initiatives and participate in roadmap processes for a key portion of Maven’s Care Delivery Products, used by our care team to deliver care to our members
Track the outcomes of your Products with clearly defined success metrics and use KPIs as input to evaluate progress and guide iterations along the way
Understand and segment our care team and provider personas, participate in ongoing user research and usability testing to test assumptions and formulate hypotheses
Prioritize against multiple roadmap opportunities and within each product initiative to provide delightful product experiences to our care team at the right time
Collaborate closely with product design, user research and engineering leads to deliver thoughtful workflows that enable our care team to operate at the top of their skill set
Partner with stakeholders including Care Advocacy, Provider Operations & Clinical teams to drive company OKRs

We’re looking for you to bring:

2+ years of Product Management experience
Strong product sense, grounding all product decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, User Research and other cross-functional teams
Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
Track record of owning a set of product features, managing product execution with autonomy, and consistently delivering on OKRs

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

Background in a healthcare-related or other regulated field
Comfort and experience working within a fast-growing organization
