Product Manager (C2B)

We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the product team to meet the coming, new challenges. 

Product Manager at Banked

We’re looking for someone who shares our vision, who identifies with our desire to reinvent payments and will help guide us through our growth to directly compete with Visa and Mastercard. 

You’ll participate in the direction of the company and products, you’ll be part of a small team where everyone has a voice. 

As a Product Manager at Banked you will own and drive the product roadmap for Consumer to Business (C2B) payments within Banked’s payments network across the United States. 

About you

• Product sense: You effectively synthesize complex ideas into simple requirements and drive collaboration across Product, Technology, Compliance, Growth, and Marketing
• Platform-first mindset: You will develop US market features that serve our entire global product and customer portfolio
• End-to-end ownership: You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop and launch your features end-to-end, while also collaborating closely with PMs responsible for adjacent product areas
• Communication: You articulate and document both clearly and concisely. You bring excellent interpersonal skills and turn problems into stories that people want to care about
• Background and familiarity with API ecosystem (REST, JSON, XML, Swagger, YAML)
• Experience in high growth technology companies with a proven track record of successfully launching products
• 5+ years experience in product management

What you will be doing at Banked

• Own and drive product roadmap for Consumer to Business (C2B) payments within Banked’s payments network across the United States
• Deliver features tailored to improving the collections and accounts receivable process of account to account payments between large enterprise clients and their consumers
• Engage with global partners to design features and solutions that fit within their treasury ecosystem
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make product decisions, optimize features, and improve user experience
• Design solutions for the US market that are scalable globally and consistent for all stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams cross-functionally to find innovative and scalable ways to deliver
• We’re looking for a product manager who is collaborative, curious, empathetic, resourceful, and attentive to detail

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $160,000-$200,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
