Product Manager Business Travel - Berlin or Remote

We are looking for a Product Manager - Business Travel to join the Rider domain. In Rider products we are creating the biggest multi-mobility platform in Europe and offer our customers a wide range of mobility options (e.g. taxi, phv, scooters, e-bikes, car-sharing, public transport) to get them fast, flexible and friction-free from A to B.

In this role you will own the B2B products for our corporate and hospitality business customers, on a local, national and international level. You will closely collaborate with the sales teams in our markets to create a world class user experience for our business customers. Our ideal candidate already worked in the business or travel sector, has a strong commercial understanding and great communication skills.

Location: Our Product teams are mainly located across Hamburg, Berlin and Barcelona, however we are flexible and can also consider remote work within any other FREE NOW country. 

Your responsibilities

• Product Discovery: Proactively identify key product improvement opportunities to independently scope, prioritise and lead their execution end-to-end
• Product Strategy: Ensure the product gets build right, manage the roadmap and lead its execution to drive sustainable user engagement
• Backlog Management & Prioritisation: Lead on the creation, refinement and prioritization of your backlog and communicate prioritisation decisions to wider business
• Hypothesis Driven Development: Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and drive decisions forward when needed

Your profile

• Work Experience: >= 4 years of work experience Product Management or Growth, preferably in Tech or Startup environment
• Academic Background: You have a degree from an accredited university preferably from Computer, Industrial or other Engineering fields.
• UX / UI Skill: Aptitude for UI/UX and having a keen eye for what makes a good customer experience. Experience working very hands-on with designers
• Fluency with Data: Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making
• Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to synthesize information quickly
• Commercial Understanding: Proven record of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative and effective product solutions.
• Impact: You have a solid track record of driving concrete results at consumer-facing start-ups/large organizations and Experience delivering web or mobile products of a significant scale and complexity, shipping on a regular basis across different platforms.
• Prior experience in Business Travel is a significant plus
