What you’ll be doing

You’ll understand business strategy, and identify problems and opportunities that can help us achieve our goals.
You’ll become an expert on how customers use Bounce and what our Bounce partners need to succeed.
You’ll effectively prioritize opportunities, making sure the team is always working on the most impactful initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Design to do so.
You’ll conduct research (qualitative and quantitative) uncover new problems, as well as defining and framing the existing ones.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to solve problems and envision the future.
You’ll make sure these teams have everything they need to do their best work.
You’ll be scoping solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can.
You’ll constantly evaluate if solutions have solved the problem and define next steps accordingly.

TLDR; The skills you need

You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven and pragmatic.
B2C experience with marketplaces or e-commerce is a big plus.
You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, A/B tests and have worked closely with design and engineering.
You constantly question your own assumptions and look for data that can help you gain more confidence.
You have strong collaboration skills. You like jamming with the team, and making sure they participate in the process.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Many of us work remotely, so this is critical.
