Product Manager (Birmingham job at Landing

About the Role:

We are looking for (4) customer-focused, technical Product Managers to own all aspects of Landing’s Marketplace businesses - working with properties, contractors, cleaning vendors, and Landing employees across the US to grow our supply and logistics-side networks and ensure a smooth and streamlined process in making our Landing homes move-in-ready. You will develop a strategy and vision, build and execute feature roadmaps from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think from a customer perspective is crucial.

What You'll Do:

You’ll own the Marketplace Product Roadmap and Lifecycle, and build alignment across the organization (FP&A, Operations, Customer Experience, etc.) and Leadership/Executive Team.
You’ll collaborate with other Product and Design team members to create delightful and trustworthy end-to-end experiences across all of Landing’s customer types
You’ll work with business users through both strategic and tactical planning discussions to develop functional requirements
You’ll implement best in class product development and management practices, communicating product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, company, to users, etc.
You will define, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and feedback into key product decisions.

What You Need:

4+ years of product management experience in Logistics or Operations areas
You have built and scaled products, marketplaces, or ecosystems that people love.
You are able to weigh competing priorities, pushback on leadership, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
You have demonstrated experience of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
You are collaborative and are able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders audiences across all levels of the organization.
You may not be a developer, but you understand system design and technical trade-offs.
You are able to understand and simplify complex ideas and processes.
BA/BS degree is preferred, ideally in technical, design, or social sciences-related field.
