We’ve recently raised our Series A funding for the next phase of our company roadmap, so we’re expanding the product team to meet the coming, new challenges.

Product Manager at Banked 

As a Product Manager at Banked you will own and drive the product roadmap for Banked’s open banking and payments network across Europe. You will increase the market reach and consumer bank coverage for Banked’s Pay By Bank product across Europe.

You understand the local differences and subtleties of European banks and their consumers while building a consistent product for your internal stakeholders as well as external customers.

You will work collaboratively with Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to find innovative and scalable ways to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience and adhere to regulatory requirements.

About you 

• Platform-first mindset: You will develop features that serve our entire product and customer portfolio across all geographies, although primarily focusing on the European market.
• End-to-end ownership: You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop and launch your features end-to-end, while also collaborating closely with PMs responsible for adjacent product areas.
• Conductor: You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - Product, Technology, Compliance, Commercial and Marketing, effectively synthesising key requirements, and drive alignment. 
• Communication: You articulate clearly, having honed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can turn problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that Engineering can get on the same page.
• Background and familiarity with API ecosystem (REST, JSON, XML, Swagger, YAML)
• Background and familiarity with SEPA instant and SEPA credit payments
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging data to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams cross-functionally to find innovative and scalable ways to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• We’re looking for a product manager who is collaborative, curious, empathetic, resourceful, and attentive to detail.
• Compile PRDs for the relevant development to be done in this area
• Refine epics and stories with the relevant Engineering teams
• Align European Payments product direction and development with Product Lead for Europe & Checkout
