About the team

The Cards team at Stripe is responsible for the infrastructure, user facing features, and business of accepting credit, debit, and pre-paid card payments. Delivering the best offering for processing credit, debit, and prepaid cards is critical to Stripe’s mission, given the central role card payments play in internet commerce.  

What you’ll do 

We are hiring a product manager to drive our Auth Observability and Merchant Experience efforts and strategy. Specifically, this product manager will own measurement, end-user reporting, alerting and tooling for cards performance. This PM will partner closely with experienced Engineering and Data Science leads. In addition, this PM will be responsible for partnering with the go-to-market team to ensure that large enterprise users are taking full advantage of Stripe’s auth products to achieve best-in-class performance.

Responsibilities:

• Define a roadmap to ensure users have a strong understanding of their auth rates, full visibility into end-to-end auth decomposition, and auth feature performance
• Work with Data Science, Engineering, and Product specialists to build out monitoring, alerting, and tooling
• Work with GTM teams (Product specialists, Account management, Product Marketing) to drive adoption of auth-enhancing features and auth best practices
• Work with Sales to win large enterprise deals

• Product experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

• Operational savvy: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving a cross-functional team and process
• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners
