Product Manager, Audience Insights Platform

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for enabling user centric analytics and insights for a variety of product and business stakeholders. Together with your team, you build and own the related data structures and analytic frameworks that power generating insights and data products to improve our users’ experiences on our platform as well as to inform our business strategy.

You will drive the product vision for this analytics platform and the related company wide trusted data layers. As an essential piece of our data strategy, your products are vitally important for our success.

About the role:

• Develop product vision and product strategy for our user-centric insights platform, its company wide trusted data layers and analytical frameworks
• Be part of the data leadership team: contribute to defining objectives, strategies and success measures
• Translate objectives into tactics and a problem based roadmap
• Focus your teams on delivering iterative value to your internal customers
• Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders and customers: translate your customers needs into features and products and manage expectations
• Enable self-service analytics by building the infrastructure, tools and frameworks that ensure autonomy as well as coherence

About you:

• You have a strong background in user-centric analytics and data products
• You have a strong background in data and platform related product management, ideally in cloud based data environments
• You have analytical skills and ideally familiarity with data science 
• You have a track record of successfully leading broad data related initiatives, boosting engineers and analysts efficiency with improved platform capabilities
• You are an agile and lean practitioner
• You focus on outcome and routinely measure user and business success with leading and lagging indicators
• You own your products through the full product lifecycle 
• You work closely with your engineering teams and guide with user-centric methods that focus on value and clearly scoped problems
• You are a role model for hypothesis driven product development
