As the Product Manager for Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for creating seamless experiences that enable prospects and customers to easily access our products and transition from initial sign-up to launching in production. We are looking for a Product Manager who can work cross-functionally across sales, implementation, engineering, design, research, and partner with customers to improve their onboarding process. Your role will be to build onboarding experiences across the product suite to support our growth.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Customer Onboarding, in collaboration with Engineering, Research, and Design
- Work closely with customers, our delivery organization, and our account teams to understand pain points with accessing our products
- Perform market research on enterprise B2B onboarding experiences to inform product priorities
- Define product requirements and prioritize the roadmap, working closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of features
- Collaborate with UX and Design teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience in AI Console, which is ASAPP’s administrative platform
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with other product teams, understanding the needs and requirements to deliver each of the products in our portfolio
What you'll need
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent track record of shipping great products
- Ownership: Strong sense of accountability, autonomy, and self-motivation, proven record of resourcefulness
- Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple Engineering teams, Design, Research, Project Management, and Product
- Execution: Ability to execute in the weeds and zoom out to see the bigger strategic picture
- Communication: Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

- Experience working in onboarding flows for enterprise customers
- Background delivering enterprise software or engaging with enterprise customers
- Familiarity with platform or tooling products
- Proficiency in machine learning and familiarity with AI products
