We are Multiverse, a tech scaleup with a social mission. We’re creating a diverse group of future leaders by building an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training, through the power of professional apprenticeships.

We’re one of the fastest-growing businesses in Europe and rapidly expanding in North America, working with over 500 clients including McKinsey & Co, Morgan Stanley, Verizon and Visa. In June 2022, we broke the EdTech funding record (again!) by announcing our $220m Series D, making Multiverse the UK’s first ever EdTech unicorn.

Join us on our journey to democratising access to the best careers and learning opportunities.

Requirements

You’ll help define how the world approaches their careers - and create an amazing learning experience for our apprentices. This role will focus on the apprenticeship journey (the beginning of an apprenticeship to graduation). You will be in a team that focuses on how to make delivery efficient and effective whilst building out a world-class educational experience.

We need you to help drive the future direction of our Apprenticeship Experience product to ensure we can deliver apprenticeships at scale. We're building a product that supports people at different stages of their career, from those just starting out to those who have already built and established themselves.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a squad comprised of engineers, a designer, and a researcher to help create the 'home for apprenticeships'. No two days at Multiverse are the same, so we need someone who is comfortable with the unknown unknowns. On top of that, we want someone who will be passionate about building structure and process into our growing team in a way that doesn’t hold us back from achieving our goals.
