About the team

The Applied AI/ML team’s goal is to maximize the impact of AI/ML across Stripe’s user-facing products and internal operations. The team is responsible for launching AI product experiences and building infrastructure that enables other teams to more easily leverage AI/ML. 

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be accountable to the quantity, quality, and impact of AI-powered experiences across Stripe’s product suite. You will partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, and lawyers to shape AI-enabled product experiences that help people start and scale their businesses on Stripe. You will prototype new experiences, launch products, inform partnership strategy, and develop internal AI/ML infrastructure. You will also be responsible for driving other teams to apply AI/ML in their products by helping them identify opportunities, shape solutions, and leverage internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Understand Stripe’s product suite, customer needs, and developments in AI/ML.
• Define Stripe’s product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML product solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences.
• Support other Stripe product teams in their use of AI/ML within their domains.
• Drive the adoption and impact of AI-powered experiences across Stripe’s product suite.

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within technical domains.
• Experience launching and scaling AI/ML and technical products.
• Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
