Product Manager, Application Security (AppSec)

• Work closely with stakeholders to define a cohesive strategy and long-term roadmap for application security that informs the security team’s projects and prioritization
• Partner with our leaders across ecurity, infrastructure, and other engineering team to better understand their pain points and deliver needed security solutions, while balancing usability and efficiency
• Translate ambiguous or complex ideas into clear product specs and executable engineering projects
• Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to deliver insights that inform our product decisions
• Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch
• Help evolve the PM discipline within the Infrastructure organization

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the security or infrastructure space
• Deep domain knowledge of product and application security models, security operations, threat detection, and incident response
• A combination of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset
• Strategic thinker that can relate technology solutions to customer use cases
• Worked collaboratively across different teams and disciplines and using qualitative and quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
• Track record of delivering business results
