What You'll Do

You will take ownership of building both short-term and long-term product strategies for the Emma China market's business development through multiple channels.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of new products including mattress, beds, pillows and more, while ensuring that category and price management as well as cost optimization is on track.
You will work with the team internally, and also collaborate with external suppliers and vendors for product research as well as innovation.
You will align and synergize with the global product team to introduce in-trend products and new technology utilizing the G-B-B approach.

Who We're Looking For

You preferably have 3-5 years of experience in Product Development or any other related background.
You preferably possess a background in the mattress, furniture, home appliance, building material industry.
You are capable of taking on responsibility and working independently, while having strong collaboration skills.
You have the passion, drive, ambition and a genuine interest in innovation and taking Emma products to the next level.
You are fluent (Business to Native) in Mandarin at the same time have good English communication skills.
