Product Manager - Allocation

Join the Allocation team that matches the needs of Riders and Drivers, resulting in a reliable fulfilment experience. We seek someone who has worked with data science teams and can optimise our rider-driver matching process to ensure driver efficiency and user satisfaction.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Data Analysis: Deep dive into data to understand rider and driver needs.
• Solution Building: Create hypotheses, test solutions to address user problems and seize business opportunities.
• Optimisation: Optimize the matching algorithm by delivering on user and business goals.
• Leadership: Lead and support a team of Engineers, Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and Designers.
• Collaboration: Align and work with cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder Management: Defend ideas confidently and foster strong relationships.

Our Tools: Tableau, Databricks, Mixpanel, Miro, Slack, Apptimize, Google Docs, Google Slides, Excel

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 3-5 years as a Data Product Manager. Experience working with Data Science and Operations Stakeholders.
• Robust data analysis and visualisation skills (Being hands-on is a plus).
• Background in Tech/Analytics/Data Science, preferably within B2C marketplaces & Mobility.
• Ability to manage and lead within ambiguity.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to overcome blockers.
• Motivated to deliver results quickly and raise the bar.
