Join our AI Tribe at Scaleway, where we're dedicated to innovating with AI to transform both our internal operations and the way our clients interact with technology. As a Product Manager in our team, you'll report to the Lead PM of the AI Tribe. Your main job is to build and manage tools that use AI to help everyone at Scaleway do their jobs easily. Your primary focus will be on leveraging LLMs and RAG to make tools that save time and solve problems for our teams.
Your role involves finding out where we can use AI to improve things, working with both tech-savvy and non-tech teams to figure out what they need, and then helping to make those ideas a reality. Whether it’s making tasks simpler for our sales team, giving the support team up-to-date info, or giving our developers powerful AI tools, your work will make a big difference. You will need to excel at experimenting with new ideas, enhancing our processes, and showing everyone how AI can make our work more efficient.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with GenAI technologies, particularly LLMs and RAG.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within an AI-focused development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and execute solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging AI to address complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the latest developments in GenAI and LLMs, with the ability to apply these advancements to internal tool development.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from conception through deployment and iteration.
- Demonstrated success in fostering innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies within an organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams through complex projects.
- Passion for educating and empowering colleagues about the potential and practical applications of AI.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a mindset geared towards rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the AI roadmap for Scaleway's internal uses, prioritize initiatives, and communicate largely on our AI plan
- Identify and evaluate AI tools and technologies available in the market that can complement our development, and establish commercial relationships or partnerships to integrate these solutions effectively.
- Lead the charge in making AI tools that help our teams work better and faster.
- Work with different departments to figure out where AI can make a difference and get to work on those projects.
- Lead the process of gathering requirements, defining project scopes, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive the iterative design, testing, and refinement of AI tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the company.
- Act as a champion for AI innovation within Scaleway, sharing knowledge and best practices with teams across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging feedback and experimentation with new AI technologies.
- Ensure the successful integration of AI tools into existing workflows, providing training and support as needed.
