You'll own understanding the problems our customers face when planning the bigger picture, producing plans that are up to date even as priorities, teams, dependencies, and constraints change. Your stream will enable users to gain visibility across multiple teams in order to keep the rest of their organisation on the same page.

You will help craft Atlassian’s broader Agile at Scale strategy, working closely with other Product Managers to build a “planning ladder” to help software teams scale their Agile practices from one team to the whole enterprise.

Product Managers at Atlassian drive the complete product offering, from early stage research and problem definition, through to implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. We’re dedicated to being Agile, which means we’re constantly learning about our users’ needs, forming hypotheses, and iterating on solutions. We validate everything and we're only happy when our users are too.

You'll be joining the Agile as it Scales team. We're a group of highly collaborative, extremely curious product managers, designers, and engineers who love building experiences that help our customers harness the benefits of Agile, even as they grow larger and become more sophisticated. Our problem space is big, broad, and largely unsolved. We have some huge ideas, and we need your help to bring them to life!
