The Ads Platform team at Netflix is responsible for the development and integration of cutting-edge advertising systems. We are committed to delivering ads that not only drive significant outcomes for advertisers but also enhance our member's viewing experience. As we continue to grow in the Connected TV advertising space, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team, focusing on Advertising Creative Workflow and Infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager who will be responsible for building an extensible infrastructure that enables other teams to develop new ad formats. This role will also involve defining a configurable workflow for moderating and labeling creatives, transcoding, and publishing to content distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a product strategy for the Advertising Creative Workflow and Infrastructure, translating the strategy into a detailed product roadmap.
  • Manage products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively to address business challenges.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal teams, establishing continuous feedback loops to better understand their needs.
  • Define success metrics for our products and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of these metrics.
  • Communicate your vision and strategy broadly throughout the organization, engaging in healthy debates of ideas.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing Ad Tech products throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the ads ecosystems, including experience with creative workflows, ad formats, and content distribution networks.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and geographies.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams of designers, engineers, and business partners.
  • Experience applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000 - $700,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
