What you will do

Establish and evangelize a vision and clear set of priorities for your product area -- you communicate crisply and know how to build influence
Know your user inside out and strive to solve problems for them -- whether our merchant partners or consumers, you know you are their advocate first and foremost
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute against your roadmap -- fintech is complex, and you embrace that
Hold yourself accountable for goals, and plug any gaps you see to get your products shipped -- you act like an owner and know the buck stops with you
Establish clear processes for managing constraints, assessing business cases, balancing trade-offs and making choices quickly -- you know when and how to define processes, and when to throw them out to move faster
Thrive in ambiguity. Embrace the grey area, adapt quickly, and scale yourself as the company grows

What you bring to the table

A track record of working on complex, technical problems and launching products your users love
Experience collaborating with and healthy respect for the input of a broad set of stakeholders, across go-to-market, engineering, design, legal, and operations
A love of experimentation and data-driven decision making
The confidence to develop strong product opinions, but also humility and a hunger to learn
A knack for critical thinking and questioning conventional wisdom
A bias for action and urgent desire to change financial services in Latin America for the better
