About the team

The Accounts team builds the APIs and services that Stripe users, from SMBs to complex multinationals, use to model their users and businesses, create financial accounts, and capture payments for their customers. Our work directly enables Stripe’s network effects; we facilitate the sharing of resources and power the ability for platforms to scalably create and manage complex marketplaces and vertical SaaS.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Stripe Account features
  • Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future APIs 
  • Collaborate with other product teams to integrate Accounts functionality throughout Stripe
  • Work with Engineering and Product Design to build clean and easy-to-use Accounts Dashboard that is backed by low-latency and highly-available back-end infrastructure

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 8+ years in Product Management, with experience in building platform products and in serving both internal and external customers / stakeholders
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
  • Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 projects
  • Strong stakeholder management including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and borders
  • Strong executive communications skills - you can summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner

Preferred qualifications

  • Preferably has experience with B2B SaaS and large scale multi-tenancy structures and features.
