7days Labs is looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. You should have a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to gather and analyse user feedback to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align product goals and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product development from conception to launch
  • Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business trends / needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Gather and analyse user feedback and data to drive product improvements and enhancements
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, with design and development teams to create user-friendly and innovative product experiences
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product strategy, updates, and progress

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software development company
  • 6+ years experience in IT-related industries in general
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience in Agile development and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value to users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Product School) is a plus
