We are a team uniquely placed to work on this problem. We have built world-record scale live video infrastructure powering billions of live video minutes in a day.
We are a remote-first global team who've built video infrastructure at Facebook and Disney+Hotstar.
What Would You Do :
As a product manager, you will work with the founders, engineering, design and product marketing teams and lead strategy, roadmap and execution of key product lines at 100ms.
You Will :
- Create product roadmap and execute on product strategy for 100ms
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches including working with product marketing, partnerships
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Define metrics to measure the health and success of the product
You Have :
- 2+ years of experience in a product role
- Built products by collaborating across engineering, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges
- Strong empathy for developers' experience
- Clarity of though and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- A whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Good to have :
- Worked on developer tools or SaaS products
- Prior experience as an software developer/engineering manager/architect
- A computer science or engineering background
