Position: Product Management Intern (REMOTE)

Reports to: CTO

Location: Remote

Position Overview

Join our fast-growing team! You will help own strategy, development, and enhancement of Vee products. We are driving intelligent, insightful, and predictive business results in the realms of people, purpose, and performance.

General Responsibilities

• Use empathy to understand and meet user needs.
• Help define and manage product roadmap and features
• Define and prioritize user stories
• Run Agile planning and backlogs
• Work closely with the senior management to drive towards near-term business value and long-term product innovation
• Help own and manage the technology backlog, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing user stories, while partnering with the Chief Product Officer to set sprint goals and reviews.
• Establish requirements based on market trends, analytics and researched customer needs.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Cloud Engineering, People Science, UX Design and Strategy
• Communicate results and ideas to key stakeholders at Vee

Core Experience & Requirements

• Masters degree in Business (MBA), Business Data Analytics, Integrated Design, Industrial Engineering, Ethnography, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working with key stakeholders to drive business results

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-driven human-centric toolkit
• Experience with user research, documenting requirements, and product roadmaps.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Experience using a project management tool, especially Teamwork
