We are looking for an intern to help drive the development of our new B2B products over the summer of 2022. Your role will be focused on conducting customer research, developing product requirements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, analytics), and partnering with go-to-market teams to lead a project from conception through development. You will have the chance to make an immediate impact by driving the delivery of features for our newest B2B products.


Hourly pay rate: $40

What You’ll Do

  • Help define product strategy and roadmap for Glassdoor’s innovative B2B products (e.g., Review Intelligence™)
  • Conduct customer research to identify product opportunities
  • Define and prioritize requirements
  • Work closely with Design & Engineering to build, test, and ship new features
  • Partner with GTM teams (Product Marketing, Customer Success) to launch new features and drive adoption
  • Determine metrics to target and monitor through launch
  • Build a compelling vision for improvements to your product with a prioritized feature backlog
  • Present your project to a team of executives 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • A sense of ownership with the ability to tackle strategic and tactical work
  • Strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving pieces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence
  • Enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program in computer science, data science/machine learning, business (MBA), or related fields from an accredited college or university 
  • Prior experience with product management, UX design, user research, or designing or coding software applications is a plus
