Why We Need you! 

Does designing & delivering a enterprise SW SaaS product pique your interest? As a Product Management Intern at Ivanti you will get the chance to prototype, plan, design and rollout new product capabilities of Ivanti’s Enterprise Service Management portfolio that will help enterprise IT organizations worldwide to deliver a better experience to their employees, to improve the agility of their company, and to save costs. You will learn how to think from an outside-in perspective and from a value delivery perspective to define meaningful interactions. You will learn how to take organizational strategy and business goals into account to prioritize certain capabilities over others. And you’ll learn how to leverage internal processes to make sure your capability is understood by Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Support, so that it will be successfully adopted by customers.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Assist on building and delivering new Enterprise Service Management capabilities based on a market-leading SaaS multi-tenant platform
• Author product requirements under consideration of desired business outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering team and UX team to align on requirements and handle day to day updates on progress
• Partner with other parts of the Product Organization to deliver new capabilities
• Engage with customers as part of a design partner program to validate ideas, new designs and interactions
• Go through the full product lifecycle, both during development and after release
• Enable other functions within Ivanti to understand and work with the new capability
• Work within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful
• Co-author product roadmap to share future-plans and build consensus with stakeholders

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: 

• Self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently
• A good sense of what delivers value to our target customer base in terms of reduced cost and risk and improved experience and agility
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, using tools like JIRA / ADO / Confluence
• Familiarly with a SaaS Product Lifecycle
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Working towards Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Applied Sciences/ Business
