Product Management Intern

TLDR:

We are a growing team of driven and energetic people, hyper-focused on creating the ultimate platform for creators. We’re looking for a dynamic product intern to join Beacons for the 2023 Summer! All applicants must be a college junior, senior or masters student - this role is full-time (May through September), based out of the San Francisco office.

About You:

• You’re passionate about the creator economy and the future of work

• Strong product thinking and design, with an ability to uncover underlying customer needs by understanding end-user perspectives and pain points (focusing on the "why")

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building and collaboration skills

• Enthusiasm for tackling challenging, open-ended problems and ability to quickly ramp up onto new areas

• Prior experience working with PM's or product org supporting, launching or building impactful products and/or initiatives

• Your excited about the early stage and have always wanted to work at a startup

What You’d Be Working On:

• Helping to lead product management projects from idea to launch working closely with our PM team to support you

• Create specs and PRD’s for new apps and improving existing apps

• Executing user interviews for individual apps and use customer insights and data to scope and deliver solutions

• Work closely with Engineering, Design and Strategy team to help define and execute the product roadmap

• Tracking success metrics for your products and updating strategy based on metrics

• Dive deep into the product and QA existing apps

• The salary range for this role is $35-$50/hr depending on leveling and experience
