We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Design Systems team. The Product Lead for Design Systems works with Product and Engineering teams across Wolt to identify areas of improvement in our current design systems and define high-impact initiatives and requirements that will enable our product teams to deliver an exceptional experience to their end users. 

As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented engineers, designers, product people, and analysts in a high-visibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders in Design, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as understanding our end-users better than anyone. 

You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but ideally, you have 

• Proven experience as a Product Lead / Product Manager, preferably with a development background or experience with design systems

• Experience working with platform products or complex technical systems - you understand what it takes to build an amazing platform that will be used by internal teams and users

• An eye for what a great user experience looks like in a product

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment at senior levels in the organization

• A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding and business savvy with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO"
