Early employee in an ambitious venture.  We are looking for a passionate Product Designer who will drive our design strategy by thinking and building outstanding user oriented experiences. Someone who can collaborate with a wide range of teams and stakeholders including world-class engineers and product manager to maximize each product’s impact on our customers’ lives.

- Be responsible for the overall user experience of your product area

- Build our design foundation by leading the entire discovery process

- Collaborate with our product managers and engineers to implement design at the service of Zefir's business strategy

- Define our design vision and tactics that will allow us to have a top quality level product

- Contribute to our roadmap by solving problems and creating value for our users

- Strategic thinker that can also rapidly iterate and evolve the product to meet the needs of our customers and business

- Define methods, tools and documentation that will facilitate the daily work of the product and tech team

- Communicates a priori on the issues in design process and their expected impacts, and a posteriori on the results and lessons learned for next iterations

- 5+ years of product design experience working in a growing design team delivering impact on a fast paced market. Experiences in building marketplace products is a plus

- World class product design mindset with strong attention to detail. From vision to execution, you got a in-depth knowledge in design methods and craft. You manage your expertise with a systemic approach

- Experience building and scaling global consumer products or experiences that people love

- Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of taking ambitious ideas to reality

- Ability to evaluate technologies, articulate insights, iterate, and make recommendation

- Demonstrated track record of using data and insights to support design strategy

- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

- Experiences in building product or services for older generations (35-65 yrs old)

- Ambitious, performance-driven with a positive mindset

- Interest in hospitality, real estate and/or fintech is a plus

The position is based in France and requires a valid work permit. If you are resident of an EU country, some positions allow you to work from home if you have a valid work permit.
