About the role

We're looking for a talented Mid-weight Product Designer to join our team in London. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams, you’ll produce engaging design solutions that help create the best experience for fans, venues and artists on our app and website.

You’ll be

• Working to understand problems and crafting intuitive, beautiful solutions that improve our fan-facing experiences across our native mobile app and website.
• Looking to evolve our products to be better, simpler or more elegant, and constantly trying to raise our design standards.
• Helping to maintain and develop our design system.
• Collaborating with other designers and departments to bring your ideas to life.
• Communicating ideas with stakeholders and peers to reach alignment. 
• Working with established guidelines, design systems and best practices.

You’ll need

• Strong experience in product design for web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work for consumer-facing digital products, particularly in the e-commerce or entertainment area.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• A foundational understanding of design systems and how to contribute towards them.
• A strong understanding of UX best practices and principles, as well as experience with working with user researchers and UX writers.
• Good knowledge around a prototyping tool such as Protopie would be a bonus.
