You'll first talk to Antoine, Talent Acquisition Manager, on a 30-minute call to get to know you and explore if we can be a good fit for each other. No need to prepare anything.
You'll do a 1hr call with Aleks, Senior Designer, to talk in-depth about your previous experiences.
We'll discuss how you approach Design, Product, Collaboration, etc.
This is primarily used to feel your experience better, how you work, and if we can be a good fit for each other. (Pssst: Aleks would be your manager at Upflow.)
The goal here is to demonstrate your skills, how you work, etc.
We'll share a take-home assignment (not Upflow related).
We know this can take time and don't want you to spend too much time on it; we'll accommodate to see what works best for you.
We'll then debrief together.
You'll meet some team members, ensure there is a fit and ask any question you may have for them. Those quick meetings can be packed in a day.
Meet with Barnaby, CTPO & cofounder at Upflow. You’ll be walked through the vision. It’s your chance to ask the remaining questions.
At that point, we will make you an offer.
In parallel, we will talk to a few people you've worked with before to learn more about how we can best work with you. We expect to hear great things, so this is primarily to work with you as effectively as possible.
