As a Product Designer for Trello, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Improve Trello’s enterprise offering, used and loved in large-scale organizations around the world;
- Partner closely with our growing design team to shape the way enterprise teams work in Trello;
- Design experiences that allow enterprise admins to seamlessly manage, collaborate, and adopt Trello across their organizations;
- Ship meaningful changes to millions of users across the globe; and
- Leave your mark on a well-loved product.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise products
- Proficiency in designing with tools such as Figma & Mural
- A flexible and friendly approach to working with teams
- Excellent knowledge of design systems and modern visual design practices
- Experience conducting customer research and applying insights to your work
- The ability to make tradeoffs, solicit feedback, communicate design decisions, and facilitate design discussions.

About the team:
- As a Product Designer, you’ll be closely partnered with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Content Designer, and Lead Product Designer to scope, plan, and execute on the team’s roadmap. In addition to working with your feature team, you’ll be part of the larger Trello Customer Experience team where you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, solicit critique, and grow alongside other researchers, content designers, and product designers.
