Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Trello is used by 100 million people worldwide and is part of Atlassian’s growing suite of products made for everyone from small businesses to established enterprises. Today, most people know and love Trello for its fun and easy-to-use board experience. The team you’ll join is focused on scaling Trello into a tool that’s also known for helping multiple teams in large organizations collaborate better. • Ship meaningful changes to millions of users across the globe; and
  • Leave your mark on a well-loved product.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of product design experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise products
  • Proficiency in designing with tools such as Figma & Mural
  • A flexible and friendly approach to working with teams
  • Excellent knowledge of design systems and modern visual design practices
  • Experience conducting customer research and applying insights to your work
  • The ability to make tradeoffs, solicit feedback, communicate design decisions, and facilitate design discussions.

Show us something!

  • Along with your resume, send or point us to examples or a portfolio of your work. Ideally, send us work that shows us your experience with products that have shipped to real-world users. Don't forget to include a password if you have one.

About the team:

  • As a Product Designer, you’ll be closely partnered with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Content Designer, and Lead Product Designer to scope, plan, and execute on the team’s roadmap. In addition to working with your feature team, you’ll be part of the larger Trello Customer Experience team where you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, solicit critique, and grow alongside other researchers, content designers, and product designers.
  • As a design team, our purpose is to weave the goals of our customers and our business into a seamless Trello experience. We champion experiences that are built for scale while still being designed for humans and loved by teams of all shapes and sizes. We believe that Trello’s uniqueness is our greatest strength.
