Who are we? ?

Toplyne is a global SaaS product built to help revenue teams, at businesses with a self-service motion, and a large user-base, identify which users to spend time on, when and for what outcome. Think self-service or freemium-led companies like Figma, Notion, Freshworks, and Slack. We do this by helping companies recognize signals across their - product engagement, sales, billing, and marketing data.

Founded in June 2021, Toplyne is backed by marquee investors and angels (we'll be happy to tell you how much we've raised, and from whom on call). We are building out our founding team as we speak and we'd love to chat with you!

Someone who believes design is a competitive advantage for products. You know design is more than what something looks like, and you believe that design can be used to make lives easy and help companies gain trust.You want to own and be responsible for designing and driving products to completion. You like process, you believe in component libraries and you respect the grid!

What will you get to work on? ?️

As one of the founding designers, you will:

  • Work with the founders in co-creating the product with early believers (read: customers)

  • Own user experience, drive user research and build a design strategy

  • Work with product and engineering to build to best possible experience for customers

  • Strategise, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries

  • Build and own a culture of design within Toplyne

What do we expect from you? ??

As one of our founding designers we expect you to have:

  • At least 6 months of experience in designing digital products

  • Ability to conduct user research studies

  • At least a basic understanding of Frontend principles to work with the team from an engineering point of view

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features

Apart from these, it would be great to have few of the following as well, but we accept that you can be an absolutely great designer even without these:

  • Experience in working with global SaaS products or data heavy applications
