Because Tines is about delivering exceptional customer experiences, while creating a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity.
Tines wishes to hire a product designer to help design the future of no-code automation at Tines. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering teams to identify opportunities to continuously improve our product, delight our customers and articulate the Art of the Possible. A passion for balancing our user goals with their business drivers and seeing this through from idea conception through to delivery is core in the role.
As an early team member you will have unparalleled influence not only on the product itself but on the Tines’ company culture as we continue to expand.
What you bring with you:
Things we ask of our product designers:
Ask plenty of questions:
Software is complicated and is often the result of conversations or decisions that were right at a particular time. Always bring your ideas openly and safely.
Be self initiated:
We empower our team to be self directed. You will not always have a list of things to do next. You should be proactive in determining where you can add value and will be trusted with substantial autonomy.
Our engineers are extremely product focused, involve them early during the design process and work closely to ship great product features and improvements.
Share your work early and often. Seek out feedback from stakeholders, customers and the wider product team. Present your work in updates and critiques. Filter and prioritise feedback for successful outcomes.
At Tines, we’re all about trying new things and taking the leap. If you’re second-guessing your application, we hope you’ll trust your gut and take the leap too! Applying for a new job isn’t always easy, especially if you’re thinking of a career pivot – but we’re big believers in learning and growth here at Tines, so you’ve nothing to worry about. A variety of experience, perspectives, and voices makes us the company we are. We’d love to hear from you.
