Product Designer, Strategic Integrations

We’re looking for a product designer who’s energized by collaborative and creative environments to design simple, innovative, and beautifully designed products that customers love to use. 

In this role, you’ll be part of the Strategic Integrations Team, which is in the Workflow Pillar. You’ll work on empowering teams to effortlessly and seamlessly connect Asana to the key third-party tools their teams rely on, in order to streamline their workflows. You’ll play an important role in contributing to the Workflow Pillar’s mission to make the process of getting work done efficient, effective, and delightful.

What you’ll achieve

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences to bring customers’ tools and workflows together in Asana
• Deliver high-quality, delightful, and easy to use design – thinking in terms of systems, not just screens – in order to help shape a product that is intuitive and elegant
• Partner with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence. Elevate the quality bar for our experience and contribute to our design system
• Work across the organization to ship experiences that are cohesive with the broader Asana product experience, ensuring your design scales 
• Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving. Foster co-creation across the organization

About you

• 3+ years relevant product design experience
• A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Strong systems thinker, with experience designing for complex systems and drawing connections across features and teams
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process, clearly communicating design work with solid rationale informed by research and data, and working collaboratively to ship end-to-end features at scale 
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem-solver who embraces divergent and iterative methods in order to evolve concepts from raw ideas to polished designs
• Open and curious, with a strong growth mindset
