The product team is expanding and needs experienced designers. Our production ambitions for 2022 and the next years are thrilling.

What you’ll do

You will be essential to the main products of the company by : 

• Lead 2+ designers
• Bring new ideas and innovate
• Develop various UX/UI design solutions for our products that are usable, simple, intuitive for cross platform applications
• Partner closely with Research, Data, Product, and Engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and deliver improvements to existing products or introduce new features
• Stay up-to date on mobile, UI patterns and trends in order to keep on building and improving our own design system
• Animate co-creative workshops (ideation, design reviews, design critique etc.)
• Contribute to the development of the product design team
• Cultivate high engagement, performance and commitment to the product teams to build collectively well-designed and appropriate best-in class solutions.

Who you are

• Relevant product design (or UX Design) experience with a focus on mobile apps (significant portfolio)
• To complete our existing team skills, if your focus is mainly UX and want to evolve towards product design we are interested 
• You have led or want to lead less-experienced designers
• Ability to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions
• Experience in prototyping and user testing is appreciated
• You are fluent in English, our working language at Vestiaire Collective
