We are looking for a teammate we can count on to:

• Own the development of Searchlight's visual brand and identity across our application and GTM assets

• Lead the end-to-end design process of major features, and the redesign of existing features based on customer feedback

• Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to prioritize, scope, design, ship, and iterate on our suite of products

• Be shockingly efficient and results-driven to deliver v0 and v1 quickly and iterating

• Proactively identifying key areas of design investment

• Lead user research and Participate in customer success conversations

Relevant Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant design experience at a product and design driven company

• Experience designing and shipping products, ideally in the B2B/SaaS space

• Have an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates strong product and visual design sensibilities, highlighting care given to user journeys and interaction details

• Mastery of at least onedesign tool (we use Figma at Searchlight)

• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, around design decisions and project deadlines

• Creative and strong eye for visual design

• Self-starter and fast learner

• Sharp at problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking

• Deeply motivated to deliver high impact solutions to users

• Biased towards action and speed of delivery
  

Logistics:

• Our EPD team works in-office 3x-a-week in SF

• Weekly team dinners (remote) sponsored by the company

• Salary range $140-180k
