What you'll be doing

As a Product Designer you will have significant impact on our product and company's future. Some of the things you'll be working on include:

• Build user journeys, Figma prototypes, and high-quality visuals for our product's UI.

• Design products and features end-to-end. From brainstorming and ideation to final QA.

• Lead a range of design activities, including problem definition, user flow examples, component usage, content and QA (visual and technical).

• Evolve and maintain our design system.

• Collaborate with the product engineering team. Brainstorm, ideate, design, and iterate new product ideas with engineering and product teammates.

• Lead customer interviews. Develop customer profiles and accurately define customer problems. Use this work to actively guide your design efforts. Share insights with your team.

• Continuously identify and resolve UX problems. Improve the UX based on user feedback and your own research.

• Develop a strategic design roadmap for the product. Understand systems and flows, and prioritize design improvements to yield the maximum customer impact in the shortest amount of time.

• Use data to support your decision-making process.

Who you are

• You have 4+ years of digital product design experience.

• You know Figma like the back of your hand.

• You can work cross-functionally to go from idea to shipped experience.

• You have strong product design skills (including stellar portfolio).

• You know that the devil is in the details.

• You thrive under minimal supervision while assuming full ownership of the outcome.

• You're not afraid to wear multiple hats when needed.

• You thrive in fast-paced environments.

Impress us even further

• You have worked in the martech or eCommerce space.

• You have some frontend experience so you can implement your own design and guide frontend engineers (CSS, HTML, JSS)
