Nurun is looking for a Product Designer to help develop unique digital products and solutions for large clients. The ideal candidate is creative, excels at designing user experience, and has a sensitivity to business issues. Capable of combining UX and UI skills, this candidate is able to contribute to the development and improvement of digital products (applications, web, mobile) developed in Agile mode, within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills are required, both internally and with clients. Benefiting from the support of practical references, their autonomy nevertheless allows them to make informed decisions. A technical understanding will be a definite asset while working within a framework promoting exchange between experts and a collaboration conducive to questioning.
 

Your day-to-day involves:

• Be on the lookout for trends, be creative in the visual design of user interfaces (concepts, models, prototypes) while ensuring the consistency of the work provided with the brand and the content thanks to the definition of a clear creative vision;
• Apply best practices in terms of user experience design during activities or the production of key deliverables (workshops, benchmarking, information architecture, flows, interaction and animation design, documentation and systematization of the design);
• Present work and demonstrate the value of design while remaining open to the realities of different experts;
• With the assistance of the PO, work closely with the strategy team (HX, Product, Optimization), client partners, and developers to translate business needs into effective digital solutions;
• Be able to advance work iteratively, be proactive in agile rituals, and evaluate efforts to deliver components that meet team expectations as well as PO requirements;
• Take into account interface usage data (analytical data) and user tests in order to identify opportunities, define the structure of the experience, and identify areas for improvement;
• Undertake continuous learning and self-improvement, assimilate through practice and experience, adjust your approach accordingly, and share your learning;
• Recognize and share achievements and victories with your team and other Nuruners.

Conditions for success :

• Significant experience as a Product Designer or UX-UI Designer (> 5 years);
• Hold a university degree or equivalent experience in a related field: graphic design, communication, cognitive science, consumer research or other;
• Demonstrate major achievements through a portfolio of significant work;
• Understand the client-agency context while having a product vision;
• Be familiar with the agile approach (rituals and tools), and particularly the SCRUM method;
• Mastery of Figma or other equivalent / complementary tools (Sketch, XD, Adobe CC, InVision ...);
• Bilingual FR / ENG
