Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong visual design and UX skills to work with product, engineering and other teams to design and build great products for our users and our business.

Responsibilities:

• Create thoughtful product designs from concept through prototype and delivery
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant user experiences
• Partner with product and engineering throughout design and development
• Contribute to multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Balance exploration with standards, usability, business objectives and customer needs
• Present designs, articulate vision and communicate feedback

Requirements

• Strong visual and user experience design skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Mastery of design tools, including: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Keynote skills are a plus
• Strong systems design thinking
• Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and composition
• Ability to set and meet deadlines; deliver under tight timeframes
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently and adapt quickly in a small, fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX designer
• Previous fintech design experience a big plus

Location: This is a hybrid role (partially remote/partially in office) and our office is located in midtown, NY.
