ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a Product Designer to join our E-commerce team. This role will have the opportunity to shape the end-to-end experiences across various different customer journeys. Rather than being focused on a single work stream, the designer will have the flexibility to contribute to a diverse range of projects, acting as a versatile team member who brings fresh perspectives to various initiatives. The candidate must be empathy driven, think in non-linear terms – capturing primary user paths as well as edge-cases through deliverables such as flow charts, wireframes, prototypes and pixel perfect UI. They should be comfortable with an agile approach to design, with an emphasis on user testing and rapid iteration. This role will sit within the E-commerce Product Design team and will play a key role in contributing to their Design Systems as well as staying on top of industry trends and best practices. In addition to exceptional UX/UI thinking and high-velocity execution, success in this role is dependent on being highly self-motivated and organized while navigating through ambiguous and complex initiatives.

Note: Along with your resume, a link to your online portfolio (or to a PDF of your work) is required. Applications without a portfolio are unlikely to be considered. Please include any passwords.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers and various business stakeholders to fulfill the overall product/feature vision.

  • Communicating effectively with your cross functional partners

  • Build Figma prototypes for user testing to enable quick design iterations

  • Deliver detailed and “pixel perfect” design specs for engineering

  • Work directly with engineers and QA while communicating feedback effectively. Experience working in agile engineering environments and familiarity in Jira is a major plus.

YOUR BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ Years of experience in web design, preferably in E-commerce or product marketing

  • Self-starter and comfortable juggling multiple projects

  • Open to giving and receiving feedback with no ego. You must be highly collaborative

  • Showcase strong skills in executing an idea and delivering high fidelity vision

  • Pay close attention to detail and thrive under pressure

  • Produce exceptional design output, especially during concept development and exploratory phases

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Proficient in designing for responsive web experiences

  • Instinctive understanding of UX fundamentals and UI best practices
