Product Designer, Payments

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Transactions group to help entrepreneurs monetize their online presence. You'll be part of the Payments team, with the goal to maximize the conversion rate of our customers' businesses and explore new payment methods that unleash new business models. In collaboration with your product team, you will create tools that empower users to have greater financial confidence and use dashboards and data to understand how to run a more successful business.You enjoy working on data visualization tools and tables and making the end-to-end flow cohesive.

You will report to the Product Designer Manager, Commerce.

You'll Get To…

• Build end-to-end user experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams from discovery to delivery to iteration
• Help establish essential metrics to track success and business impact
• Drive clear team alignment around goals and priorities
• Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem
• Partner with and facilitate own user research on testing plans and ways to measure success
• Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience
• Deep experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product and web design experiences
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor your content to different audiences
• Experience facilitating user research and usability testing
• Passion for our product and the impact that it has in the world
• Passion for talking to users and looking at data in equal measure
