The job of a Product Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. In a Product Designer role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs. Ideally, the candidate has worked in a collaborative team environment and has experience of interacting with multinational colleagues. This role demands constant evolution and adaptation as the product, market, and consumer needs evolve.

In details you will:

  • Explore different ways to solve design problems and successfully identify the best solution
  • Identify ways to innovate in micro-interactions on digital products and experiences
  • Effectively bridge design and development through your understanding of front-end development
  • Understand the different approaches to user research and actively stay informed about new techniques and the pros and cons behind them
  • Help create user typologies, user journey maps, usability tests, and other user research methodologies
  • Work on a range of interaction models and apply it to thinking about user flows through an experience
  • Collaborate with Senior/Lead Designers and Product Managers in defining the product strategy
  • Help evolve brand style guidelines and design systems while promoting the importance of UI copy
  • Apply motion theory and principles in your work, especially in prototyping
  • Present your work in an engaging, clear, thoughtful manner

Who you are

  • You have roughly 6+ years experience working as Product Designer
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Front-end development skills are a plus, but not required
  • Communication: you effectively interact with others to build relationships, influence, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information. You use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations
  • Learning Mindset: you continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment
  • Results-oriented: you have the ability and willingness to make continuous improvements. Also the commitment to help make positive leaps in results and overall performance
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: you value diverse perspectives and working with others as a way to achieve the best output possible
