We are passionate about our mission to improve the happiness of couple relationships by offering a fun, evidence-based and affordable mobile app to help couples stay connected. As an early hire in our Design team, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from early user research and brainstorming to the creation of visually compelling solutions.


Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Riccardo Liberati, you will:

  • Lead design within our mobile app Engagement & Growth squad
  • Collaborate with UX research to understand our users and inform our design choices
  • Participate in the product discovery process and find delightful, practical solutions to user requirements
  • Create easy-to-use flows and experiences based on our design principles
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling UI and interactions
  • Iterate on designs by interpreting user behaviour and data and incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Employ and evolve our design system to keep UI efficient and consistent
  • Collaborate with designers from other squads by sharing knowledge and best practice

Requirements

  • Solid experience working on UX and UI for B2C mobile app products
  • Deep knowledge of best practices for information architecture, navigation, UX, and UI design
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams
  • Openness to iterate and refine existing solutions
  • Proactive self-starter with original ideas and fresh approaches to design
  • Experience working within an agile development team
  • Proficient in modern design tools (we primarily use Figma) with a keen interest in learning new ones
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Marvel, Origami, Protopie, etc)
