The Product Designer is a member of our design team and works to create intuitive user interfaces for our web dashboard and mobile application. The role works closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams in support of our organizational goals and product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve overall user experience on our products on web and mobile app.
- Build new meaningful features in helping our member's financial wellness.
- Ensure consistency across products, define design patterns and contribute to the current style guide as our products grow.
- Translate product requirements and research into design deliverables: User flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, specs, etc. that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Take a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.
About You
- 4+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of work that shows your research, interaction and visual skills are required
- Experience working with Figma, Sketch, inVision, Adobe CC, and/or related platforms are required
- Demonstrated understanding of the limitations and capabilities of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Extensive experience in using research, testing and UX best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy and vision, and communicating design decisions
- Self-motivated and able to execute a project without supervision
- Ability to work with designers, developers, product managers and marketing to establish user needs, gather feedback, incorporate business requirements, and find technical limitations
- Experience in financial products, crafting multi-media campaigns across web platforms is also desired.

- Knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Apple, Snapchat, Tiktok)
- Familiar with Web & MMP tracking & attribution (Google Analytics, Appsflyer)
- Deep understanding of best practices in Mobile App/Web online marketing
- Project/Production management experience a plus
