Product Designer, Money job at Teachable

At Teachable, we put our creators first. Product designers at Teachable are embedded within pods that are deeply collaborative, and each member is directly responsible for the team’s success. You will build products for more than 100,000 creators who’ve sold over $1 billion in courses and coaching.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Money Crew to help creators start and grow their businesses on Teachable. Together with your pod, you will explore exciting new opportunities for creators to monetize their content and expand their reach. You will take complex financial problems and create simple, elegant solutions that empower small business owners. We are looking for a designer with a strong user focus that can validate ideas while driving business goals.

You will report to the Lead Product Designer on the Money Crew.

You Will:

Partner with your Product Manager and an Engineering Manager to lead the pod in its mission
Drive the pod’s discovery process through a toolkit of primary and secondary research methodologies; synthesize & share findings with cross functional partners
Design end-to-end solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses and the creators behind them
Validate your design decisions through experimentation and user testing
Work closely with your Design peers to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience for our creators as they move across our product

You Have:

3+ years of experience of professional product design experience, bonus points if you have experience in the B2B space
A portfolio with case studies showcasing your product design work
That spark of curiosity that drives you to create great experiences for our users.
