Product Designer (Mid or Senior)

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to own the design of an exciting set of products. We’re open to Mi-level and Senior applicants.

Akeneo Product Designers serve a vital role in the company, from helping to design the vision of new features, to crafting and polishing every detail in the product.

We appreciate user-centric designers who are well organized, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and love sharing feedback.

Your missions

• Collaborate on a daily basis with product management and engineering to take products from concept to launch.

• Lead user research end-to-end (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).

• Design sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in collaboration with your squad & end-users.

• Work closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.

• Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team, and share feedback with them.

• Work with the team to improve ways of working, such as tools and processes.

• Ensure design consistency by contributing to our Design System Management (DSM) and any other design projects allowing to continuously raise the bar of user experience on our whole product suite.

• Whatever your training, you have at least 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design.

• Ideally, you have experience designing B2B products in a software company.

• You speak French and English - because 70% of our users don’t speak French!

• You’re comfortable using Figma.

• You have a growth mindset, good emotional intelligence, and embrace cross-functional collaboration.

• You are already experienced in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.

We’re flexible on partial remote work, you can apply even if you are not living in the city, however, a regular presence in the office is required.
