What you’ll be working on

Our client's team is in search of Product Design contractor to collaborate with and deliver high quality designs that will improve the experience of our users.

Problem Description

Our client is a decentralized talent marketplace and protocol.

Their team is currently very lean, composed of 3 contributors across product, operations, and engineering. Since launching earlier this year, they have learned a lot about their users, their needs, and determining new ways they want to improve the product to better their experience..

Therefore, they have a number of product improvements and changes that require front-end engineering work to be done. Their hope is that engaging a front-end engineer will provide the lift necessary to build into a seamless and powerful independent contributor network!

Selection Process:

They will interview all applicants to assess that all of the requirements listed are met!

In your application, please include links to your portfolio that shows your prior work, and also anything else they should know about why you’d be a good fit for this contract.

Their expectations of contractors are that you will work collaboratively with the team, get onboarded into their team communication channels and a few cores IT systems, and ultimately be responsible for delivering work at the pace that is needed to keep pace with their overall team goals.

In addition, they expect contractors they work with to be kind, collaborative humans that are excited to work with the team, understand that they’re a fast-moving startup with a lot to do (and are therefore productive), and are extremely communicative.

Our client's design system today is based on Figma, therefore, they expect their Design candidates to be deeply acquainted with Figma and be able to hit the ground running!
