Product Designer

At Makelog, we're on a mission to help the fastest-moving teams better communicate product changes to their customers and internal stakeholders.

We're looking for a Product Designer to voice and reimagine the way companies communicate product changes! In this role, you'll be designing new products and features to help customers reach goals both big and small, and helping us shape an exceptional user experience for a brand new category.

As Product Designer you will:

• Take ownership of Makelog’s design system, working closely with our product and engineering team

• Be the voice of the customer by collaborating with our team on performing user research, extracting insights from user interviews to identify gaps and opportunities in their user experience, and designing solutions

• Create wireframes, mocks and prototypes of new products and features to validate with users, align our team, and clarify technical requirements

What you bring:

• Experience as a B2B SaaS Product Designer and comfort with design systems, user research, and visual design

• A portfolio that showcases digital products you've designed from start to finish

• An intuition for well designed software and beautiful, usable interfaces

• Intrinsic curiosity and motivation to solve difficult problems for customers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have several years of UX/UI experience in-house at a B2B/SaaS software company

• Are passionate about design systems and modern SaaS visual design

• Have a knack for collaborating and communicating effectively with software engineers and technical users

• Can enable rapid iteration within our product development team

• Have experience working efficiently with modern design tools like Figma

• An open and growth mindset when giving and receiving feedback
