Product Designer

** Lydia's Product team is looking for a new talent to design and shape the new Lydia **

Due to the small size of the Product team today, this recruitment is a great opportunity to develop skills in various subjects and to be quickly evolved within the Lydia company and strategy. We're looking for a designer who is passionate about the product and always ready to challenge their work, even when the metrics are good.

The pragmatic profile that we are looking for is creative, know a lot about mobile constraints and is obsseded with "shipping". Under the direct responsibility of Félix Product Design Manager, you will join a Product team made up of Product Designer and Product Owner but also of several mobile developers and Front-end who work hard in order to provide an innovative and competitive product with an world class user experience.

** ? The missions **

• Designing Lydia's core products, mainly mobile but also web and desktop
• Think about the UX, materialize the complete user journeys, design the final UI
• Follow carefully your KPIs using Amplitude on a daily basis
• Collaborate very closely with the mobile team and share precise design specifications with them
• Quickly prototype solutions and hypotheses in order to conduct user tests
• Be proactive and creative, put new ideas on the table on a daily basis
• Go into the field, meet our users (and non-users) to learn from them and return the learning to the rest of the team.

** ? Profile **

• Mobile experience (iOS and Android) - at least 1 app launched on the stores
• Comfortable in writing product specifications
• Sensitive to the "Less is more" and clean/efficient interfaces
• Mastery of design tools (Sketch / Figma) and on the creation of generic components
• An extremely discerning graphic eye
• An important critical sense
• Fluency in English, written and oral
